Ordering Instructions: 1) To place an order, fill out the order form below. If you are ordering more than one item, simply list the quantity and item numbers of all items, separating items with commas (example: 1 ea. #1234, 2 dz. #5678, 3 ea. #9100, etc.). 2) Hit the "Send Message" button. 3) You will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Fifteen (15%) will be added to your order to cover shipping, handling, and insurance costs. We accept Paypal, check, or money order.
